I need a kitten fix. Art to the rescue! Paint anything you wish and you then own it. Hope you get warm fuzzies when you look at this cute cat closeup. The video is up now at www.showcaseartcenter.com. We will paint this little critter next week at Showcase. Classes next week:
Monday 1:30-3:30 PM Oil paint video
Tuesday and Wednesday 1:30-30 PM Paint "Copycat" step-by-step
Tuesday and Wednesday 10:00-noon for group painting no lesson
Can you believe we are wrapping up September? See you next week for the last week of September.
Building a whole class around the Copycat kitten close up, with a Monday oil paint video and Tuesday and Wednesday sessions, shows how a single approachable subject can carry a week of teaching. Paint anything you wish and you then own it is a neat way to describe what students take home. Reference to Video is where creative instruction like this is gathered.
