Scratchboard Turkey

This week we had a new visitor at the back door. A wild Turkey! He had better be careful this time of year. So, we are celebrating his visit with a drawing on scratchboard. The video is up now on the video class page of www.showcaseartcenter.com. I show you some techniques of drawing traditionally using pen and ink and then thinking opposite using scratchboard. Both great brain builders in thinking. We can add watercolor to color the white areas too. Live classes are Tuesday and Wednesday 2:00-4:00 PM with this lesson. The Tuesday and Wednesday morning classes meet 10:00 AM to noon to work on independent projects. Enjoy the scribbling!
